Advance directives are legal documents that allow you to convey your decisions about end of life care ahead of time. Advance Directives are also a way to declare one's designation as an organ and/or tissue donor and ensure that those directives are upheld after death. Advance Directives can help make your wishes clear to families and health care providers.
