Donate Life New Jersey
Make it a license to save lives! Donate Life New Jersey is the joint website of NJ Sharing Network and Gift of Life Donor Program. The site’s purpose is to promote saying “yes” to organ and tissue donation by adding the donor designation to your New Jersey Driver’s license or ID card. You can also make your online donor designation through the Motor Vehicle Commision at this website. The online donor registry enables all New Jersey residents, with a state-issued license or ID, age 18 or older, to register their decision to be an organ and tissue donor. This decision qualifies as a legal documentation of gift that cannot be revoked by anyone but you. If you did not indicate your decision to be a donor during your last license/ID registration or renewal, you may register online now at www.donatelifenj.org.
