The quilt block to honor the memory of Charles E. Placek was made by his loving wife, Kathleen. The center of the block celebrates his life. He was not only a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Son, Grandson, Son-in-Law, Brother-in-Law and Uncle, he was our Best Friend.
The hearts are made from a few of his favorite shirts and represent his love and commitment to his family and friends.
