Dear friends and family, Ten years have passed since we lost our beloved son, Roberto. We are still suffering from our loss and miss Roberto every day. His death was caused by a brain aneurysm; Roberto was only eighteen years old. We call Roberto our hero because he saved the lives of five people by donating his organs; heart, liver, lungs, pancreas and kidneys. Today we find great comfort knowing that Roberto's spirit lives on through the numerous lives he saved. Roberto always said he wanted to work at the United Nations, in order to help his fellow man. Unfortunately, he was unable to accomplish his dreams. However, he truly did help people through the donation of his organs. Love, The Perez Family
