New Jersey Organ and Tissue Sharing Network is seeking a Hospital Service Manager, Level 1 to identify and develop relationships with key donor hospital staff including senior leadership. Makes on site visits to assigned group of hospitals during regular weekday hours and occasional evening hours with coordinators to further develop relationship and facilitate the donation process. Provides hospitals with feedback including data analysis and creates performance improvement opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in health related or marketing field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous sales/marketing experience in healthcare related field preferred. A thorough knowledge of hospital protocol preferred.

Histocompatibility Laboratory Supervisor

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field and 6 years of histocompatibility testing with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity is required.
Must be a certified or registered Medical Technologist. Certification ABHI is preferred.
Must qualify under current Federal and ASHI regulations as general supervisor.
Experience requirement may be reduced for candidates with a doctoral and/or master degree in laboratory sciences in a related field.

Duties:
New Jersey Organ and Tissue Sharing Network is seeking an evening shift laboratory supervisor to coordinate technical operations of the laboratory including ABO and HLA typing, HLA antibody screening, crossmatch, and infectious disease testing for solid organ and bone marrow transplantation.
