Joyce Jardot
Joyce Jardot joined New Jersey Organ and Tissue Sharing Network in 1999 as Director of Administration and Human Resources. Ms. Jardot has more than 17 years experience in management and human resources development. Prior to joining the Network Ms. Jardot was employed with KIWI International Airlines as one of the core members that started the airline, Joyce was responsible for creating and directing employment services and later the entire People Resources function as Sr. Director of People Resources. Joyce played a key role in the development and subsequent implementation of a full range of management, human resources, and federally mandated compliance programs.
Upon joining the Network, Ms. Jardot was charged with introducing human resources services to management and staff in the areas of employment, compensation and benefits, performance and development, employee relations and communications, regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, reporting and administration.
Ms. Jardot has instilled a professional commitment to ensure the human resources department is customer driven and dedicated to providing quality services in support of the Network, its mission and most trusted resources-its employee’s. HR’s greatest responsibility is to integrate and align decisions about people with the Network’s goals. Ms. Jardot is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
