Maria DeLauro

Maria DeLauro, Director of Performance Improvement, joined NJ Sharing Network in 2004. She is responsible for coordinating all aspects of performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities as well as assuring the organization’s compliance with regulatory standards. Maria works with each department in NJ Sharing Network to develop and implement department specific quality improvement initiatives that are complimentary to the goals of the organization through a system of data collection, analysis, and improvement cycle testing.

Prior to joining NJ Sharing Network, Maria worked for Atlantic Health System’s Mountainside Hospital as the Critical Care Nurse Manager. She completed her undergraduate education at Seton Hall University and her graduate education at Kean University.
